This role is not traditional drafting. You will replicate approved structural and architectural plans for mid‑rise light‑frame wood‑framed projects using MiTek, based on fact sheets and inputs prepared by others. This role does not design, stamp, review, interpret code, or make engineering decisions, and does not exercise professional judgment.

• Produce MiTek layouts and build‑ready outputs for mid‑rise light‑frame wood framing from approved structural/architectural plans and provide fact sheets
• Replicate framing package details with accuracy and consistency (no independent design changes)
• Maintain strict documentation precision, and version control (revisions, issue logs, file naming, package completeness)
• Perform self‑checks before internal submission to confirm completeness and alignment to provided inputs (dimensions, labels, plan coordination)
• Identify missing information, conflicts, or unclear inputs and elevate questions through the established process (no interpretation or code decisions)
• Support consistent production flow by keeping deliverables organized, traceable, and issued correctly

• Demonstrated experience producing accurate, repeatable technical deliverables in a structured environment (drafting/production documentation/technical replication or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across drawings/outputs under defined standards
• Comfortable working within strict parameters where the expectation is replication, not interpretation
• MiTek experience (SAPPHIRE/Structure or equivalent)
• Familiarity with wood framing terminology and multi‑storey plan sets (architectural + structural)
• Experience working from standardized fact sheets, checklists, and documented workflows
• Comfortable coordinating clarification questions internally and tracking revisions cleanly
• Must be available from 8 AM to 5 PM MST

• Full‑time, permanent employment
• Pay CA $24 to CA $30 per hour, based on experience
