MaKami College is a public post-secondary college that has been helping students for over 20 years with locations in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. MaKami College offers students in-person, online, and blended programs in Massage Therapy, Health Care Aide, Business Administrative Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, and more. We are growing to expand our campuses into cities across Canada and continually adding programs to our course catalogue.

Are you passionate about language instruction and helping learners succeed? MaKami College is excited to launch a brand-new English as an Additional Language (ELL) program, and we’re looking for dedicated instructors to help bring it to life!

Position: ELL Instructor

Type: Part-Time

• Minimum Level 1 CELPIP Certified Instructor (Level 2 is a strong asset)
• At least 3 years of teaching experience
• A passion for education and supporting diverse learners

• Approximately 28 hours per week
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Preferred prep time and potential make‑up classes on Monday afternoons, between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
