Job Summary:

We’re seeking a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our Admissions team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them explore educational opportunities and guiding them through the admissions process. If you love connecting with people and have a passion for education, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from lead lists and inquiries.
• Provide information about ABM College programs and admissions requirements.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential students.
• Schedule appointments for admissions interviews and campus tours.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead conversion.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of outbound sales, call center, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and remain resilient.
• Experience with CRM tools is an asset.
• Passion for education and helping others succeed.
