Preferred QualificationsWe are seeking an active family physician in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta. The preferred skills are listed below, but we value growth and will support the right candidate in the development of these skills:
- Adaptive Leadership: Skilled in navigating complex healthcare systems, making informed decisions under pressure, and fostering team growth.
- Clinical and Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for clinical operations, guiding the care teams in delivering patient-centered care while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Continuity of Care: Take all reasonable measures to protect and preserve the continuity of care for their patients while working in collaboration with the Nurse Practitioner Lead and other clinic team members.
- Interpersonal & Communication
Skills:
Skilled in engaging stakeholders and managing crucial conversations and conflicts to achieve positive outcomes.
- Pay: Competitive hourly remuneration in accordance with family practice industry standards.
- Flexibility: Minimum 1 clinical shift a week at the ACCESS Clinic plus 4 hours of on-site leadership administrative time weekly.
