This is a well established architecture firm that is seeking a Junior or Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team. The firm works with a variety of projects including institutional, healthcare, education, commercial, retail, mixed‑use, and others.

As an architectural technologist, you will collaborate to produce full sets of drawings and construction documents. Site visits, basic CA, and project coordination will also be part of the role, in addition to working with clients and project teams to deliver work in a timely manner.

• Prepare a full set of drawings in AutoCAD with minimal supervision.
• 2 to 7 years of experience, with knowledge of relevant building code and experience researching applicable zoning by‑laws.
• Experience on public projects preferred, but residential and commercial work will also be considered.
• A portfolio (elevation, floor plans & section details) that demonstrates relevant experience in commercial, retail, public, or community work.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to move projects forward.
• Good written and verbal communication skills – ability to conduct site visits to collect vital information.
• Contract administration skills are an asset.
