About the Role

Our client is seeking a technically strong Intern Architect with advanced Revit skills and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience within architectural firms. The role focuses on technical documentation, coordination, and construction support across multifamily residential, commercial, civic, and community projects. You will contribute to high quality drawing sets, coordinate with consultants, and support projects from permit through construction, while continuing to develop your technical and professional skills toward licensure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and develop architectural drawings in Revit across all project phases
  • Support permit and construction document packages with a high level of technical accuracy
  • Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil consultants
  • Assist with construction phase services including RFIs, shop drawings, and site reviews
  • Contribute to technical detailing for building envelope, structural systems, and interiors
  • Participate in site reviews and project meetings as required
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation and proactive communication across project teams
  • Apply working knowledge of BCBC and municipal requirements throughout project delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture
  • Intern Architect or on the path toward registration
  • 4+ plus years of professional experience within architectural firms
  • Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing detailed drawing sets
  • Experience on multifamily residential, commercial, civic, or community projects
  • Solid technical understanding of wood frame and concrete construction
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Organized, reliable, and collaborative with a long term mindset
