Dentist is hiring Fly-In/Fly-Out Associate Dentists to support multiple clinics across rural Alberta
. This role is ideal for dentists seeking flexible schedules, high earning potential, and strong mentorship. New graduates with the right mindset and interest in mentorship are encouraged to apply.

Eligible dentists can receive up to $60,000 in federal loan forgiveness over five years for serving in designated rural community.

Coverage Duration - Flexible terms ranging from several weeks to multiple months. Our rural Alberta clinics offer modern environments, supportive teams, and flexible FIFO rotations designed to align with your lifestyle and availability. Whether you prefer part-time rotations or fixed-term FIFO arrangements, we will work with your schedule and professional goals.

Compensation

What You Need
  • BDS, DDS, or DMD from an accredited program, or completion of the NDEB equivalency process
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Registered or in the process of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided
