We are currently seeking a meticulous and artistic Dental Ceramist to join our high-energy laboratory team in Calgary. If you are a craft-focused professional who takes pride in blending functional precision with natural aesthetics, we invite you to apply.

Core Responsibilities
  • Fabrication: Create high-end ceramic restorations including crowns, veneers, bridges, and implant prosthetics.

  • Aesthetic Mastery: Utilize advanced layering, staining, and glazing techniques to replicate natural tooth morphology and shade.

  • Precision Finishing: Perform detailed contouring to ensure perfect fit and function.

  • Collaboration: Partner with dentists and lab technicians to interpret complex case requirements and ensure clinical success.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control standards and integrate workflows with CAD/CAM systems.

  • Laboratory Safety: Uphold a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Diploma or Certification in Dental Technology (or equivalent hands-on experience).

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in ceramic restoration fabrication.

  • Artistic Eye: Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of dental artistry.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital dental workflows and CAD/CAM technology is considered a strong asset.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a collaborative team environment.
