Seeking Dental Administrator to join our Marda Loop Dental Choice Team

We’re looking for a Dental Adminstrator to join our growing practice and help us deliver exceptional care and outstanding service to our patients, while supporting a high-performing team.

Hours
:

Monday 8am to 4pm

Tuesday & Wednesday 11am to 7pm

Thursday 8am to 4pm

Friday 8am to 2pm

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note

• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups

• Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy

• Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly

• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care

• Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset

• Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure

• A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow with us
