• Full-time

• Three day shifts and two evening shifts

• No weekends

• Welcome patients with a friendly, professional smile and set the tone for an exceptional visit

• Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care

• Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments accurately

• Keep front-desk operations running smoothly throughout the day

• Collaborate closely with administrative and clinical team members to support seamless, high-quality patient care

• Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered mindset

• Organized, dependable, and calm in a fast-paced environment

• A warm, upbeat personality with a team-first attitude
