Cabin Crew Airline Stewardess

Airport Jobs is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Cabin Crew / Airline Stewardess to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, customer service, and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board. As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for delivering exceptional in-flight experiences while adhering to the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

• Welcome passengers on board and ensure a pleasant travel experience.

• Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure all safety regulations are followed.

• Demonstrate safety procedures and emergency protocols to passengers.

• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during flights.

• Respond promptly and efficiently to passenger needs and concerns.

• Handle in-flight sales and maintain accurate records of transactions.

• Manage any in-flight emergencies and provide first aid when required.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin throughout the journey.

• Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations during the flight.

• Minimum educational qualification:
  High School Diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Professional appearance with a positive attitude and pleasant personality.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers are welcome to apply, provided they meet the physical and grooming standards.

• Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Rotational schedules with domestic and international flight assignments.

• Average working hours: 8–10 hours per day (subject to flight schedules).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Physical fitness to handle long hours and occasional lifting tasks.
