We are working with a well-established, growing organization that is quietly expanding its team and seeking a customer-focused professional to join the front lines of the business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in making a great first impression, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team where their contributions are noticed and valued.

What you will be doing
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, over email, phone, and in person.
  • Support customers with questions, orders, and general inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist with sales activity by helping customers understand offerings and guiding them through the steps of ordering.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, incoming calls, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Help ensure the customer experience is smooth, welcoming, and consistent from start to finish.
What we are looking for
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service.
  • Must be organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, retail, or sales support, although we are open to strong transferable backgrounds.
  • Absolutely has to bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

This is an on-site, full-time position with regular business hours.
