Bilingual Pricing Coordinator

10-month contract with a strong possibility of renewal or transition to a permanent role.

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for Bilingual Pricing Coordinators to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting gas stations across Canada by analyzing market conditions, adjusting fuel prices, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  We are looking for someone who can be available Sunday through Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 AM EST (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM MST). Shifts will vary based on business needs and may differ day-to-day.

• Competitive hourly pay: $19.00 –$22.00 / hour (based on experience).
• Extensive training to set you up for success.
• Strong opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

• Review and respond to gas station pricing requests, ensuring compliance with market and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage inquiries by phone and email regarding price adjustments, system issues, and other pricing matters.
• Use Excel (including VLOOKUP) to analyze pricing data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decisions.

• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; comfort working with data.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to flexible schedules.
• Previous corporate or call centre experience is an asset.
