Project Coordinator – Calgary Customer Solutions Center

There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus includes supporting the Project Sales team while coordinating deliveries and service work with clients. This position works closely with manufacturing, service, and internal departments to ensure orders are accurate, timelines are met, and clients receive a consistently positive customer experience throughout the post‑sale process.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for after‑sale client inquiries, including service requests, delivery schedules, and warranty documentation submissions
  • Coordinate deliveries and service work with clients and internal teams
  • Prepare and submit small product quote requests as required
  • Create and maintain new customer accounts
  • Review orders for accuracy and completeness prior to processing
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and service teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders
  • Proactively manage and communicate delivery delays, schedule changes, and order updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems
Are you built for this?
  • Minimum Grade 12 education required
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience
  • Sales and/or building construction experience is considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and customer‑focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
