Our Claims team delivers exceptional client experiences and works with compassionate professionals. As a Claims Client Service Representative you will navigate claims inquiries, collect loss details, advise on coverage, and ensure timely resolution.
How You Will Create Impact
- Provide exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards.
- Respond to losses presented by insureds, determine cause of loss, collect claims details, set up rentals or tows, and provide information on next steps.
- Respond to client inquiries and counsel on available reporting options.
- Identify claims that require further investigation and escalating as required.
- Offer feedback to leadership on process efficiencies that enhance the client experience.

To Join Our Team
- One year of customer service experience.
- Sound knowledge of client service principles.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, internet and email systems.
- Willingness to work toward provincial adjuster licenses and/or Chartered Insurance Professional designation.
- Post‑secondary diploma in Insurance is an asset.
- Contact centre experience and basic understanding of auto and property claims are assets.
- Primary non‑French speaking clients inside and/or outside Quebec; proficiency in English required.

Salary information
Expected salary range: $43,550 – $72,583. Salary determined by Co-operators based on market conditions, geography and job‑related factors. Eligible employees may participate in incentive programs for additional compensation.
