Job OverviewAt TD Canada Trust, we serve as the frontline of TD Bank, building deep and lasting relationships with our customers. InThis Role, You Will
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard procedures and regulatory requirements while upholding TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics.
- Understand and evaluate customer needs to recommend tailored banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard protocols and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and efficiently.
- Engage personally with customers, offering clear guidance on banking solutions and processes.
- Support a positive, inclusive workplace by promoting teamwork and participating in personal performance development.
- Assist the team by staying informed about routine activity status and respecting coworkers.
- Deliver high‑quality customer experiences and identify operational improvement opportunities to enhance excellence.
- High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research.
- A proactive, detail‑oriented go‑getter who manages multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- A dynamic communicator with proven customer‑experience skills, speaking and writing calmly, courteously, and effectively with diverse audiences.
