About Us:

Fort York VFX is a Toronto-based visual effects shop specializing in colour grading, compositing, animation, motion design and graphics. We have built a reputation in the commercial industry as an artist-driven and solutions-oriented boutique.

We are seeking a Senior Producer with experience leading projects across online, colour, design, animation, and CG pipelines. You will act as the bridge between clients and creative teams, guiding projects from briefing to delivery. You thrive in high-stakes, fast-paced environments and know how to balance creative vision with production realities.

• Lead complex, VFX, CG, animation, and colour projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Serve as the primary connection between our clients and creative teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and trust.
• Deliver excellent client service, building and maintaining strong, lasting client relationships.
• Manage budgets, bids, schedules, and resources with foresight, accountability, and accuracy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making independent decisions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Support, mentor, and inspire fellow producers and the wider team.

• 7+ years producing experience in a VFX, CG, or post-production environment.
• Budgeting, bidding, and cost-tracking expertise.
• Scheduling, resource management, and team coordination capabilities.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.

Salary will be based on the candidate’s level of experience and expertise within industry standards.
