• Post‑secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing communication channels such as intranets, newsletters, and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messages.

• Previous experience working in an engineering, construction or architectural office.

• Coordinate the planning of internal communications across a range of channels such as the employee intranet site (ISL LIFE), town hall meetings, and corporate calendars.
• Liaise with key contributors to gather updates, provide feedback, and workbook.
• Respond to communication requests via the Service Request Portal and keep the master communication plan up‑to‑date.
• Design, develop, and deliver internal communications that are on‑brand and aligned with style guidelines.

• Research, proof, edit, and review content; prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing notes.
• Develop graphics, photos, videos, podcasts, and illustrations for publication across digital platforms.
• Publish content on the intranet and monitor engagement.
• Ensure intranet content is accurate through audits and reporting.
• Help drive governance and compliance with intranet standards, including training publishers.
• Maintain digital asset libraries and manage internal systems and processes.
