ICM Asset Management is an alternative asset manager focused on owning, operating, and investing in real assets across North America and beyond. We serve institutional, private‑client, and retail investors through strategies in real estate, private debt, and music royalties.

We’re excited to be growing our in‑house creative capability and looking for a Visual & Interaction Designer who can help bring ICM’s story and impact to life across digital channels and relational touchpoints.

As ICM’s Visual & Interaction Designer, I will…
  • Report directly to Director of Brand & Marketing and play a central role in bringing ICM’s brand vision to life across digital and print channels and touchpoints.
  • Support multiple business entities—including ICM Asset Management’s Capital Markets, Investments, and Sales teams and ICM’s Property Group’s Development and Management teams.
  • Work across a variety of content types—from print layouts and investor reports to photography, video, and motion graphics—ensuring alignment with ICM’s tone, positioning, and core values.
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling visuals that drive awareness, engagement, and credibility across web (Word Press), social media (Linked In and You Tube), PR & media, and events.
  • Act as a creative partner in defining what “sophisticated, investor‑ready design” looks like for ICM, and help scale that vision through systems, templates, and thoughtful execution.
  • Develop and manage ICM’s design systems, templates, and digital guidelines, helping to streamline content creation and reduce time to market.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute campaigns and refine creative workflows.
  • Bring design‑thinking to internal projects, enhancing how ICM tells its story visually—from Linked In campaigns and property management sell‑sheets to fund materials, presentations, and event collateral.

  • Experienced. I bring 3 to 5 years of hands‑on creative design experience, ideally in marketing, communications, or financial services.

  • An effective communicator. I translate creative ideas and requests clearly across different teams, systems, and styles—ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.
