Videographer What you will be doing:
  • Develop compelling video concepts and scripts that align with AGAT’s marketing objectives and scientific brand identity.
  • Utilize our onsite auditorium to produce & film segments, as well as live streams that support AGAT Laboratories & AGAT Foundation.
  • Film, edit, and produce a variety of video content including promotional reels, event recaps, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes lab footage, internal training videos, and social media assets.
  • Ensure scientific accuracy and visual clarity in all videos, translating complex technical services into engaging, accessible narratives.
  • Edit raw footage with precision using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools—adding transitions, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading to maintain a polished, on-brand visual tone.
  • Manage revisions and approvals efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and delivering projects on time.
  • Organize and archive video assets in a systemized, searchable format for long-term usability.
  • Create video content tailored for Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok—including vertical video, short‑form reels, and engaging thumbnails.
  • Analyze engagement data across platforms and iterate on creative approaches.
  • Work closely with Executives, Sales, Lab Technicians, and Subject Matter Experts to capture authentic, high‑impact footage across divisions and project stages.
  • Attend and film industry conferences, lab visits, and internal events to build a library of high‑value visual content.
  • Add computer graphics, closed‑captioning or subtitles to videos as necessary.
  • Uphold AGAT’s visual identity, accessibility guidelines, and storytelling tone across all video formats.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas to quarterly campaign planning meetings, contributing to AGAT’s innovative, client‑focused narrative.
  • Maintain our corporate You Tube channel using best practices for social media and user engagement techniques.
What you bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of professional experience in videography, video editing and multimedia production; portfolio demonstrating concept development, storytelling and editing proficiency is required.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud with advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects Encoder. Bonus for experience in Photoshop, Illustrator or Audition.
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, audio recording and camera operation for both studio and field settings.
  • Comfortable producing videos from pre‑production through post, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing and final delivery.
  • Ability to edit for accessibility, including subtitling, captioning, and responsive formatting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working closely with subject matter experts, lab staff, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and feedback loops in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with a solutions‑oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning and creative excellence.
  • Experience with live‑streaming is a desirable asset.
Work Environment:

This position requires a person to stand, sit and lift throughout the shift in a laboratory environment. Manual dexterity is required to perform repetitive tasks. PPE is required where applicable.
