Wolfe Chevrolet GMC Buick Calgary and Wolfe Cadillac Calgary of the Wolfe Automotive Group is seeking a new team member to fill the role of our Vehicle Photo and Video Merchandiser position. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing photos and recording voice-over videos with an iPhone, highlighting the features of our new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.

This role is essential to assist us in advertising our vehicles. Your work will play a key part in advertising our vehicles. This role will ensure that all vehicle information is accurate and detailed for our website and third-party listing sites. Curious about what the job entails? Basic photography and videography experience is required to run an iPhone camera and our inventory management software. You must be able to work outside in all seasons and weather conditions throughout the year. This is a full-time role with a set Monday to Friday Schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for merchandising all New, Pre-Owned, and Demonstrator vehicles for vehicle advertising.
• Day-to-day merchandising involves capturing 20+ photos of each vehicle and recording a video walk around where you'll speak on camera to highlight the vehicle’s features, packages, and options.
• Communicate with the Marketing Manager and Sales Managers about inventory.
• Ensure inventory is up to date and all available vehicles are displayed on our website.
• Send out a daily inventory report to the Marketing Manager & Sales Managers.
• Perform daily data maintenance to ensure backend management programs run smoothly.
• Assist the marketing and sales team with social media and event coverage (as required*)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize, problem-solve, and manage high volumes of work within specific deadlines.
• Able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Demonstrate ability to perform with minimal supervision and be responsible.
• Must conduct oneself with peers and customers courteously and professionally.
• Work well independently.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving abstract provided to the hiring manager.
• Clean background criminal record check.
• Able to commit to a full-time schedule.

• Adaptable to changing role requirements, conditions, and policies.
