We’re looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager in the construction, geotechnical and infrastructure industry.
Our client is a well-established organization delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects across Western Canada. The team values safety, collaboration, and professional growth while delivering high-quality projects that make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met, while fostering strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
Oversee multiple construction and infrastructure projects from pre-construction to completionDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controlsReview project plans, specifications, and identify risks and efficienciesCoordinate internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliersMonitor project performance metrics and drive productivity improvementsManage contracts, change orders, and project documentationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsThe successful candidate has:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the construction or infrastructure sectorsDegree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineProven leadership experience in project delivery and team managementStrong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgetingProficiency in project management softwareStrong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $130,000 – $160,000 depending on experienceCandidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be consideredComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and regional travelCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
