We’re looking for a High-Rise Site Superintendent (Concrete Structures) in the Multi-Family Industry.Our client is continuing to expand and is seeking an experienced High-Rise Site Superintendent to join their team in Calgary.

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, with a strong focus on concrete structure execution.
Site Superintendent Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and other project team membersOversee subcontractors, schedules, quality control, and site safety for high-rise concrete projectsLead and manage all site activities related to concrete structure, sequencing, and coordinationContribute to decisions regarding construction methodology, sequencing, and design implementationWork with the project team to proactively identify and resolve site-related challengesLead, mentor, and provide guidance to site personnel and trade partnersMaintain clear communication with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholdersManage conflict by addressing issues professionally and constructivelyProactively seek solutions and escalate issues when requiredDemonstrate the ability to plan ahead, anticipate challenges, and manage work efficientlyLead by example in health, safety, and environmental compliance on siteThe Successful Candidate Has:Proven experience delivering high-rise concrete structure multi-family projects, typically $20M+Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, formwork systems, building codes, and industry best practicesAbility to anticipate constructability issues in complex, high-density environments and implement effective solutionsStrong conflict-resolution and leadership skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, submittals, and specificationsDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality controlExcellent communication and team-collaboration skillsProficiency in Word, Excel, and TeamsExperience with Procore (or similar construction management software) is an assetCompensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is $130,000 – $155,000, depending on experiencePerformance-based bonusVehicle allowanceRRSP matching programCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
