• Develop and implement a program aligned with Bright Path’s curriculum that supports children’s development.
• Maintain an environment that protects the well‑being of children.
• Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs and discuss progress with parents and staff.
• Establish collaborative relationships with co‑workers, management, and families.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as needed.
• Keep classroom materials clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Early Childhood Education – Level 1, 2, or 3 Certification, or
  
  B.Ed./equivalent.
• Must meet provincial childcare employment requirements.
• Current Standard First Aid and infant CPR certification.
• Current immunization and health assessment as per local Minister of Health requirements.
