As a Freight Pricing Analyst, you'll play a vital role in shaping our client relationships by delivering accurate, competitive pricing solutions. • Manage pricing for clients and prospects, offering spot rates and general quotes
• Negotiate rates and tariffs with vendors to ensure competitive pricing
• Update internal systems like Cargo Wise and the CRM with client and rate information
• Respond promptly to customer rate requests in line with company guidelines
• Collaborate with Business Development and Customer Service teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing client relationships
• Stay up-to-date with market trends to influence pricing strategies that align with company goals
• Support financial decision-making by analyzing performance data and contributing to pricing strategies at both macro and micro levels

• 3+ years of experience in the freight or logistics industry
• Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing (an asset)
• Completion of CIFFA certification or equivalent industry training (preferred)
• Familiarity with Dangerous Goods regulations (an asset)
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors
• Knowledge of basic economic, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Hands‑on, analytical, and collaborative approach to business development and project management
