Job Description
• Meet and advise senior management throughout the consultation process.
• Identify business needs and identify weaknesses.
• Evaluate and analyze business practices and procedures.
• Compile and present research findings and recommendations.
• Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
• Organization and management of commercial projects.
• Provide guidance when problems, challenges, or problematic situations arise.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the project.
• A degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Prior business consulting experience preferred.
• Master's or Master's in a beneficial specialist business area.
• A certification as a management consultant is a plus.
• Strong research and data collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Have knowledge of various operational areas such as IT, HR, training and marketing.
• Excellent communication, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with a variety of business management software such as commercial invoicing programs, word processing programs, CRMs, databases, and asset management software.
