As Sales Leader, National Accounts
, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to drive National Accounts Services sales performance across your region. You’ll lead growth initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results aligned with business objectives and budget targets.
- Own and manage the regional National Accounts sales budget to maximize segment growth
- Deliver revenue and cost objectives, including direct and indirect selling expenses
- Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve assigned sales goals
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies
- Align initiatives with evolving market and business conditions
- Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and professionals
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance excellence
- Oversee succession planning and career development programs
- Champion change initiatives in a metrics-driven environment
- Strengthen and represent the corporate brand and value proposition
- 10+ years of sales experience, including senior sales management
- 5+ years of people leadership experience (leader of leaders preferred)
- Proven track record of sales growth and business planning excellence
- Strong ability to develop talent and lead change
- Experience in a process-oriented, metrics-driven sales organization
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Experience assessing client needs and driving solution alignment
- US or international subsidiary experience considered an asset
- High School Diploma required
- Valid Driver’s Licence
