As Sales Leader, National Accounts
, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to drive National Accounts Services sales performance across your region. You’ll lead growth initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and deliver results aligned with business objectives and budget targets.

• Own and manage the regional National Accounts sales budget to maximize segment growth
• Deliver revenue and cost objectives, including direct and indirect selling expenses
• Develop and execute a regional business plan to achieve assigned sales goals
• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies
• Align initiatives with evolving market and business conditions
• Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and professionals
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance excellence
• Oversee succession planning and career development programs
• Champion change initiatives in a metrics-driven environment
• Strengthen and represent the corporate brand and value proposition

• 10+ years of sales experience, including senior sales management
• 5+ years of people leadership experience (leader of leaders preferred)
• Proven track record of sales growth and business planning excellence
• Strong ability to develop talent and lead change
• Experience in a process-oriented, metrics-driven sales organization
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Experience assessing client needs and driving solution alignment
• US or international subsidiary experience considered an asset
• High School Diploma required
• Valid Driver’s Licence
