Job SummaryAs an Associate Account Manager at Scanavo North America, you will support the execution and day-to-day management of key accounts within the home entertainment space in the U.S. and Canada.
Reporting to the SVP Sales & Operations – America sand working closely with the Account Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating projects, managing timelines, supporting client communication, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple active accounts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys being at the centre of complex, collaborative projects.
Job Type: On-site, Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities- Support the Account Lead in managing assigned studio and retail accounts
- Own day‑to‑day execution of active projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and next steps stay on track
- Act as a reliable secondary point of contact for operational and execution‑related client needs
- Coordinate timelines and milestones with internal teams, factories, and external partners
- Track approvals, samples, production schedules, and deliveries
- Support pricing requests, quotes, and cost follow‑ups
- Prepare call recaps, summaries, and follow‑up communications
- Maintain accurate records of projects, forecasts, and account activity
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings
- Support booking forecasts and volume tracking
- Assist with internal reporting and pipeline updates
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- Positive, open‑minded, and detail‑oriented, with a passion for movies and TV series
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with large corporate accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, at all organisational levels
- Experience supporting B2B accounts in the North American market is a plus
- Experience developing or supporting new accounts is an asset
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and time zones
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills
- Experience with Hub Spot is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint is advantageous
- Problem‑solver with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Able to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- High work ethic and strong ethical standards
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented with a positive attitude
