The Specialist II EAM Change Management is responsible for developing, standardizing, and interpreting enterprise-wide OCM strategies that support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) goals and initiatives. Key activities include stakeholder analysis, change readiness, and impact assessments to enable successful delivery of annual plans.

The incumbent will provide best‑practice OCM guidance across the EAM team, ensuring consistent approaches and execution of the overall OCM plan. This role also partners directly with the Director on senior leadership engagements.

What You Will Do:

Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and manage OCM strategies and conduct key change assessments.

  • Participate in Sprint Planning and Reviews.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Build and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans with the G&S Manager.

  • Align with the Director and leadership; provide required OCM reporting.

  • Support change activities across the EAM program.

Training & Sustainment
  • Develop training plans and support rollout and communications.

  • Maintain sustainment plans and key OCM artifacts.

Risk Management & Capability Building
  • Identify and escalate OCM risks; maintain risk registers.

  • Build change capability across business units and the EAM team.

  • Support adoption of EAM initiatives and reduce resistance through stakeholder engagement.

Who You Are:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is required.

  • A Master’s degree or professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is preferred.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, change management or a related discipline, with a strong track record of supporting and leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience with Agile environments and enterprise‑level transformation.

  • Proven ability to design and execute change strategies in complex, multi‑stakeholder settings.

  • Strong communication, training, and leadership coaching skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.

  • Builds trust, drives alignment, and fosters collaboration across all levels and teams.

  • Effectively manages resistance, navigates ambiguity, and maintains momentum toward outcomes.

  • Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with the ability to prioritize and act with urgency.

Preferred:
  • Exposure to various business functions or industries enhances versatility and insight.

  • Proactively identifies opportunities, leads without authority, and drives continuous improvement.

  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, ELink, and Microsoft Teams sites.

  • Ability to co-create and optimize change deliverables.

  • Practical application of Agile tools and ceremonies in change initiatives.

Working Conditions:
  • Professional office environment with limited scheduled travel to various field locations in North America.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be expected to attend one field visit annually.

  • Some travel, up to 25% is required within this role.
