Responsibilities- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our Customers
- Must love people – be versatile, hands‑on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the site
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Meet with all new Associates on their first day of work and conduct hands‑on training, following mentorship training guides
- Provide ongoing feedback to Associates during training including in‑person written testing
- Be a resource and support pillar for the Customer Care Team
- Provide Leader with updates and recommendations on additional training or recertification
- Assist in the development of training guides and procedure manuals
- Ensure daily communication with all site Associates
- Collect rent and follow up on defaults
- Ensure vacancy is minimized and budget (meet or exceed on net operating income) are all realized for each site through effective service to potential and existing customers
- Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
- Lease and show suites
- Ensure all rental enquires are answered within the guidelines provided
- Annual suite inspections
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits
- Administrative duties for site and other Associates
- Ensure contractors arrive per scheduled timelines and complete their work per the conditions of their contract
- Ensure accurate inventory management
- Complete special projects and tasks as assigned
- Assist with snow removal, cleaning, and touch‑up painting
- 2 years Customer Service Experience required
- Post‑Secondary Education is an asset
- Computer experience is required with web‑based programs preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required
