Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards. The role involves contract drafting, negotiation, administration, and close-out, working closely with procurement, legal, and project management teams to mitigate risks and maximize value.
How you will contribute- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and corporate policies.
- Support bid and proposal processes, facilitating contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure contract compliance by monitoring obligations, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and legal teams to resolve contract disputes and variations.
- Maintain contract documentation, including amendments, warranties, and insurance requirements.
- Implement risk management strategies to protect project interests.
- Assist in contract close-out, ensuring final deliverables and financial reconciliations are completed.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on contract terms, conditions, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration within large-scale projects.
- SCMP designation is considered and asset.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and ERP systems.

The salary range is $104,100- $126,000 CAD annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
