We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven organization in the health and benefits space that is expanding its Individual Advisor Channel. They are seeking a National Business Development Manager to elevate product awareness, strengthen distribution partnerships, and exceed revenue targets across Canada.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Achieving and exceeding gross and net revenue targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with MGAs and advisors through regular meetings, events, and strategic engagement
  • Planning and delivering advisor education initiatives, including webinars and CE-accredited sessions
  • Collaborating with internal account management and service teams to support overall book performance
  • Expanding and enhancing a high-quality advisor network
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and sharing insights with internal stakeholders
  • Representing the organization at industry conferences and partner events
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the individual health, travel, or affinity insurance market
  • Proven experience working with MGAs and advisor distribution networks
  • Demonstrated success in growing and managing a book of business
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinking and a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally
  • LLQP designation considered an asset
