The Role
We are seeking a part-time EPIC Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of EPIC workflows across personal and commercial lines. This role is ideal for an EPIC expert who enjoys advising on system best practices, training users, and helping organizations maximize the value of their insurance management platform.

• Implement and optimize EPIC workflows for personal and commercial lines.
• Provide training to employees to ensure efficient use of the system.
• Support reporting functions and data analysis.
• Advise on and assist with implementation of AI solutions.
• Consult on project timelines and provide guidance on system enhancements.

• Extensive experience with EPIC in a brokerage environment.
• Strong understanding of personal and commercial lines insurance workflows.
• Experience delivering training to users at all levels.
• Comfortable providing strategic advice on workflow implementation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Part-time, approximately 2 days per week (flexible scheduling).
• Hybrid work arrangement: some in-office time required for training and project sessions.
