The position:Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Administrator plays a key role in supporting the accuracy, coordination, and flow of product information that enables teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position supports product data management, sales initiatives, and purchasing and billing processes while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product and pricing details are accurate and well‑communicated.

- Collaborate with ownership and cross-functional teams to improve workflows, support business initiatives, and enhance customer and sales outcomes.
- Support the Product Manager through reporting, data entry, document management, and assistance with product lifecycle and purchasing activities.
- Coordinate and support sales events and promotions by preparing offer sheets, pricing documentation, communications, and sales updates.
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, and sales order classification data within business systems to support purchasing, billing, and retail execution.
- Research, maintain, and update product specifications, documentation, and competitive information to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn enterprise systems quickly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfort working with numbers, pricing, and sensitive product or business data, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
This is a full-time position and will require you to be available:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm
There are evening training requirements approximately once or twice per quarter
