About the Role:

Express Lane Service Advisors are the first point of contact for our quick-service guests.
You’ll greet customers, listen to their needs, and ensure their express services (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and other light maintenance) are handled efficiently and accurately.

Your role is to deliver a 5-star guest experience while keeping vehicles moving smoothly through our Express Lane.

What You'll Be Doing:

Working in a team of two to greet Express Lane guests promptly and courteously
Initiating quick-service consultations, documenting concerns, and recommending express maintenance (oil changes, filters, tires, etc.)
Performing walk arounds of customers vehicles, including inspecting engine and cabin air filters.
Preparing work orders quickly and accurately to keep Express Lane traffic moving
Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely service completion
Providing clear estimates and updates as needed
Reviewing invoices with guests and ensuring vehicles are delivered back promptly
Assisting with scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Handling phone calls & emails with professionalism and speed
Helping maintain above-zone Customer Satisfaction scores


What you'll Bring:

Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
1–3 years of experience in automotive service, customer service, or advising (Express or Quick Lane experience is an asset)
Energetic, positive personality with excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A desire for a long-term career with growth opportunities
Team-first mindset with personal and professional integrity
