Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehiclePerforming appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiencyCompleting approved service on customer vehiclesTesting and adjusting vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specificationsPerforming scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications, and tune ups.Advising customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirementsMaintaining mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basisOperating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe mannerSupporting customer relationships by responding to customer inquiriesWhat does it take to get on track?
Must be fully licensed in the Automotive Service Technician trade with the ability to do out of province inspections and Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP)Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to complete required work ordersStrong knowledge of automotive industry, wheel alignment experience and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customersA diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technologyThe successful applicant will have strong written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to providing a superior customer experienceAbility to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basisAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work!
