Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC IncOur Body Shop team is looking for a dedicated Detailer who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and exceptional results.
The Body Shop Detailer plays an important role in ensuring repaired vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards before being returned to customers. This role is responsible for preparing vehicles for repair, performing thorough post-repair detailing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Attention to detail and pride in workmanship are essential to ensure every vehicle leaves the body shop looking its best.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and prepare vehicles prior to repair, including masking and taping as required.
Thoroughly vacuum interiors, clean windows, wipe down surfaces, and remove dust or debris from vehicles.
Safely move vehicles within the body shop and designated parking areas as required.
Maintain detailing equipment and ensure tools and work areas are kept clean and organized.
Monitor and restock detailing supplies and materials as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and take pride in delivering a polished final result.
