* ## Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.* ## Order and receive parts through phone, online systems, and our body shop management system.* ## Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, returning or reordering when necessary.* ## Ensure timely distribution of parts to technicians in line with the production schedule.* ## Track and follow up on outstanding orders, backorders, and credits.
* ## Maintain accurate purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.* ## Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-stocked.* ## Assist technicians, handle incoming calls, and provide excellent customer service.* ## Follow all safety policies and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.## ## What We’re Looking For## The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused with a genuine passion for the automotive world.##

Qualifications:

* ## 1+ year experience in a retail or wholesale automotive parts department.* ## Strong ability to read, interpret, and understand vendor catalogues.* ## Familiarity with parts department computer systems.* ## Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.* ## Valid driver’s license with a acceptable driving record.## At Capital Automotive Group, our vision is to be the most respected auto group in North America.
