Turn 17 Garage is the Western Canadian Importer and Distributor of the RUSH SR Sports Racer and the exclusive on-track service provider at Rocky Mountain Motorsports, the newest Race facility in Western Canada.

Role Description

Turn 17 Garage is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our automotive and motorsports operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with a passion for racing, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Our mission is to create exceptional customer service experiences across:

• Track-side support
• Racing and race track experiences
• Race and track car repair and maintenance
• Performance and racing parts sales

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the garage and track-side activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service across all offerings
  
  Manage race and track car service, preparation, and maintenance
• Plan and execute customer track days, race weekends, and driving experiences
• Lead, schedule, train, and develop staff
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and vendors
• Support and grow performance and racing parts sales
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive service industry
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Hands‑on motorsports experience (driving, racing, event planning, vehicle setup, or coaching)
• Strong understanding of race and track car preparation
• Proven communication and leadership skills
• Highly organized and customer‑focused
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive, high‑pressure environment
