A destination management organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide senior-level strategic and administrative support to the CEO. This role involves managing the CEO's calendar and correspondence while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 7–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work at the downtown office on select days.
