This is a four‑month temporary position from May – August 2026.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Assist the Capital Projects team in tracking project budgets, schedules, progress updates, and supporting documentation.
  • Support project reporting by updating Excel trackers, logs and dashboards.
  • Help organize and maintain contracts, invoices, change orders, procurement documents, and other project files.
  • Assist with data‑entry related to capital expenditures and forecasts.
  • Support coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and consultants.
  • Document project processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in site documentation reviews and administrative project support and provide general administrative support to project managers and coordinators.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
  • Currently enrolled in at least the second year of a post secondary program in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic project environment.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, data, documentation, and maintaining accuracy across multiple information sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with solid working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in capital projects, construction, infrastructure, or project delivery.
