OverviewProvide administrative support and ensure smooth operation of the office by managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining supplies, and assisting visitors.
Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
- Provide customer service
160-32 Westwinds Crescent NE, Calgary, AB T3J 5L3 – On site; no remote work
Terms of EmploymentPermanent employment – Full time; 30 to 35 hours per week;
Starting as soon as possible;
Shifts:
Morning, Day, Weekend
$26.43 per hour
