Joining this team means becoming part of a long-standing group of professionals, with many staff members boasting over five years of tenure.

• Execute efficient patient intake and outtake procedures to ensure clinical data is captured accurately.

• Coordinate and book complex follow-up appointments and specialist consultations within the EMR system.

• Provide comprehensive phone support, triaging inquiries and managing a multi-line telecommunications system.

• Process point-of-sale transactions and manage daily financial reconciliations for clinic services.

• Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with high attention to detail and patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate with the "back-end admin hub" to ensure all laboratory and test results are filed and flagged correctly.

• Assist team leads and senior staff in maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

• Navigate a fast-paced workflow, ensuring that 150–200 daily patients receive timely and compassionate service.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for a professional healthcare setting.

• Strong multi-tasking abilities with the capacity to remain calm under pressure in high-volume environments.
