Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for a Commercial Leasing Administrator. The role involves managing lease documentation, coordinating with tenants and property managers, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support for leasing activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting with lease renewals, tracking payments, and ensuring compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications- Proficiency in lease documentation, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with tenants and internal teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage tasks effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with property management systems
- Ability to interpret leasing agreements and ensure compliance with policies
- Flexibility to work in an on-site capacity in Calgary, AB
- Previous experience in commercial leasing or property management is an asset
- Post‑secondary education in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred
