with a focus on creating an exceptional customer, associate and contractor experience, facilitates the onboarding of new hires and performs other general administrative functions related to client and contractor file maintenance. Acts as the primary point of contact for contractors to resolve issues and ensure positive nps scores.

position requirements:
- completion of secondary school education or years of equivalent experience.
- a minimum of two to three years customer service experience.
- proficient in microsoft packages including word, excel, outlook and teams.
- database management skills, particularly ats systems, an asset.
behavioural competencies: - excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
- superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.
- proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
- proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and contractor relationships.
- displays a willingness to cooperate and work as part of a team, assisting others when required.
- demonstrates a positive attitude.
- flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
