- Pay Rate: $28-$35/hour (based on experience)
- Location: Downtown Calgary (Hybrid - 4 days in office, WFH Fridays)
* Parking is not reimbursed- Job type: Temporary | Full-time | Mid Jan - end of March- with possibility of extension

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and arrears follow-up.
- Review rent rolls and assist with tenant billing, rent adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate service contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting processes.
- Dispatch and track maintenance and security requests to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain tenant files, documentation, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with accounting, leasing, and legal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial or retail property administration.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable and commercial lease administration.
- Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
