Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Property Administrator to join our client's office team in Calgary, AB. In this position you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail and commercial properties. Working closely with the Property Manager and a small, collaborative team, you'll ensure seamless financial and administrative processes while maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal departments.

  • Pay Rate: $28-$35/hour (based on experience)
  • Location: Downtown Calgary (Hybrid - 4 days in office, WFH Fridays)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and arrears follow-up.
  • Review rent rolls and assist with tenant billing, rent adjustments, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate service contracts, monitor vendor performance, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting processes.
  • Dispatch and track maintenance and security requests to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain tenant files, documentation, and communication logs.
  • Collaborate with accounting, leasing, and legal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial or retail property administration.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable and commercial lease administration.
  • Proficiency in Yardi Property Management Software (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
