Our South Calgary-based financial services client is looking for a team-oriented, high-impact Senior Administration Associate to join their growing team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is resourceful, proactive, and thrives in keeping a high-performing team organized and efficient. While some experience or exposure to the financial or wealth management industry is preferred, what matters most is being a strong administrator, quick learner, excellent communicator, and someone who contributes positively to a collaborative, values-driven culture.
This is a full-time, in-office role — there’s no hybrid option, so you’ll be right in the heart of the action with the team.

- Canadians humble, collaborative, and motivated by supporting a strong team culture.
- Experience in financial.
Native services or wealth management is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with Dataphile and comfort learning new technologies.
- Completion of Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).
