Starting salary range: $60,667- $75,833
Rundle College Society (“Rundle”) provides an outstanding educational experience for approximately 1,250 students from kindergarten through grade 12. Rundle emphasizes character development, leadership training, and good citizenship. Rundle delivers parallel College and Academy programs on two campuses and online via Rundle Studio. Rundle is a not-for-profit corporation with approximately 175 faculty and 57 staff.

- Advancement & Donor Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Advancement and the Advancement team
- Support the full donor cycle, including prospect tracking, stewardship, and follow-up activities
- Assist with gift processing, acknowledgements, and stewardship communications
- Support phone call solicitations and follow-up as needed
- Prepare donor reports, mailing lists, and briefing materials
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of donor data
- Assist with scheduling donor meetings and coordinating related logistics
- Event Planning & Support
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of advancement events, including parent socials, donor events, stewardship gatherings, and fundraising initiatives
- Support event logistics such as invitations, registrations, guest lists, seating plans, timelines, and post-event follow-up
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to support event delivery
- Track event-related data, expenses, and outcomes
- Administrative & Office Support
- Provide reception and general administrative support for the Advancement Office as needed
- Organize files, records, and digital documentation related to advancement activities
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Advancement
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative assistant, office administration, or similar support role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting event planning, coordination, or event management (including logistics, registration, vendor coordination, or on-site support)
- Experience working in fundraising, advancement, development, or a donor-focused environment is considered an asset
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
