Accountant (6 months contract)
Location:
Woodlands
Working Timing:
Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 6 pm. Friday 8.30 am – 5.30 am
Salary: $4300 to $5000 (subject to qualifications and experience)
Responsibilities- Post and review journal entries in Net Suite
- Perform month‑end closing and balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset register and run depreciation
- Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts
- Support grant and restricted fund tracking
- Assist in reports for government agencies, donors and grantors
- Prepare audit schedules (PBCs) and support audit queries
- Prepare GST F5 returns
- Review AR/AP journals and verify payment, refund and e‑claims batches
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA / CPA preferred
- 2–5 years accounting experience
- Experience in non‑profit, social services or service‑based organisations preferred
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups)
