Robert Half is recruiting on behalf of a respected client seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist. This role is ideal for professionals with strong attention to detail who excel in maintaining accurate financial records and facilitating timely payment collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, payment application, and reconciliation

Conduct proactive outreach to customers regarding outstanding balances via phone, email, and written communication

Research and resolve discrepancies or billing issues promptly and professionally

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and effective resolution of client concerns

Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile daily deposits to ensure timely and precise recording of cash receipts

Prepare regular accounts receivable reports and analyze collection metrics

Recommend and implement process improvements

Assist with month-end close processes and external audits related to receivables

Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards
